Advance Fondant and Gum Paste Course

For those who want to learn advanced cake decorating, this is your chance. If you want to learn how to make those fancy draping around wedding cakes or for those who want to do whimsical cakes (like those inspired by Dr. Seuss), this is the class for you (and of course for me! Yipee!). This will be my last course in cake decorating after which I'm ready to create my own cakes.

Including ingredients, lunch, snacks. Students are requested to bring their own paintbrushes, scissors, tray or box, fondant cutters, tools, styrofoam. (Also available for sale at the Culinary Studio). Students will learn Colette's style of cake decorating and Nicholas' technique in gum paste flowers and arrangements such as cattleya, calla lily, tulips and many more!
